These Terms of Service constitute the legal agreement governing the use of services and products offered by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”).
Any individual or entity (“User”) who accesses, contacts, or engages in transactions through the Company’s platforms, including but not limited to its websites, mobile applications, sales representatives, offices, call centers, branch offices, franchisees, agents, and any other authorized distribution channels (collectively referred to as “Sales Channels”), shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. The term “Website” refers to both the websites and mobile applications operated by the Company.
The terms “Party” and “Parties” may be used interchangeably within this Agreement to refer to both the User and Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.
The “Terms of Service” section of the Company’s website sets forth the governing terms and conditions applicable to the various products and services provided by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. The User is encouraged to review the specific Terms of Service applicable to each individual product or service they intend to access or purchase. By engaging with such products or services, the User agrees to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions.
The following sections outline the specific services provided by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. and the associated terms and conditions.
The terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the respective airlines, including but not limited to cancellation policies, refund procedures, and other travel-related terms, shall apply to any airline tickets purchased through the Website.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary, facilitating the purchase of airline tickets. The agreement for the provision of flight services is exclusively between the User and the relevant airline.
Airlines reserve the right to modify flight schedules, routes, and other flight details at their discretion, without prior notice to Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. As a facilitator, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by the User due to any such changes or cancellations made by the airline.
Different tickets for the same airline may have varying terms, restrictions, amenities, and prices.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. has no control over the baggage policies established by the airlines for the selected fare. Some tickets may be categorized as “hand baggage fares,” which do not include free checked baggage. In such cases, the User will be required to pay additional fees for checked baggage. The cost of adding checked baggage may vary depending on the airline. For specific information regarding baggage fees, the User is advised to contact the airline directly.
Certain airlines may enter into code-share agreements with other carriers. Under such arrangements, the airline marketing or selling a flight ticket may not operate its own aircraft on specific routes. Instead, the airline may partner with or hire another carrier to operate the flight. In the booking process, the partner airline will be identified as “operated by” or “run by.”
The code-sharing status of your flight will be disclosed to you during the booking process and prior to payment.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. will only communicate code-sharing arrangements once the ticketing airline has informed Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. of such agreements.
The final price displayed on the payment page of the Website typically includes the base fare, applicable government taxes, and any convenience fees. The User is required to pay the full amount in order to confirm the reservation(s). Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service if the full payment is not received. On the date of travel, the User undertakes to pay any statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees.
To qualify for infant fares, the child must be under 24 months of age for the entire journey, including both outbound and return flights. If the child is 24 months or older at the time of the return flight, the User must make a separate reservation under the applicable child fare. In accordance with airline policies, infants or minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The User is solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documentation, including identification, passports, visas (including transit visas), and any other required documents for the trip. Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any failure to travel due to the User’s lack of appropriate travel documentation.
The User acknowledges that any information provided by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. regarding travel documents is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as definitive. The User is responsible for verifying travel requirements with the relevant airlines and authorities of the countries they will transit through or visit.
The User should directly inquire with the airline regarding check-in times. For domestic flights, check-in typically opens two hours prior to departure, while for international flights, check-in generally opens three hours prior to departure.
The User must present valid identification, passports, and proof of age for all travelers, including infants, in order to verify their identity, nationality, and age.
If the User chooses not to travel on a subsequent flight segment, the airline may cancel the entire Passenger Name Record (PNR) associated with the booking. In such instances, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. has no control over the cancellation procedure and is not obligated to provide alternative bookings. Any cancellation penalties will be determined by the relevant airline’s policies.
Any changes to an existing booking will be subject to additional fees imposed by the airline, in addition to any service fees charged by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.
The User is responsible for paying all fees associated with modifying or altering a reservation. Change fees may vary depending on the airline and fare class.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation and pricing policies established by the airline. Refunds are contingent upon Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. receiving the refund from the airline. The convenience fee, which was paid to Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. at the time of booking, is non-refundable.
To initiate the refund process, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. must be notified of any cancellations made directly with the airline. Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment method, and other factors. The service fee charged by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd., which is separate from the convenience fee, will be deducted prior to processing the refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. For example, if the User paid by credit card, the refund will be processed as a charge reversal to the same credit card. Similarly, refunds for payments made by debit card will be credited to the same debit card.
In the case of cancellation or return of partially used tickets, any upfront discounts or promotional code discounts applied at the time of booking will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary and provides the User with an online platform to select and reserve a hotel. For the purposes of this document, the term “hotel” refers to all types of accommodations, including, but not limited to, hotels, bed and breakfasts, farmhouse stays, and other alternative accommodations.
All information related to the hotel, including its classification, images, room types, amenities, and facilities, is provided by the hotel itself. Such information is for reference purposes only. While Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. strives to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the hotel, it does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this information and disclaims all liability for any discrepancies. Any discrepancies between the actual hotel property and the information or images presented on the platform should be addressed directly with the hotel. Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for resolving such issues.
The hotel voucher issued by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. is based exclusively on the information provided or updated by the hotel regarding availability. Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure by the hotel to provide the reserved accommodation or services, or for any deficiencies in the services provided by the hotel. In the event of a refusal of check-in at the hotel, whether due to overbooking, system errors, room unavailability, or any other reason, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.’s liability is limited to providing an alternative accommodation of comparable standard (subject to availability) or issuing a refund for the amount paid for the reservation. Any other issues related to hotel services must be resolved directly between the User and the hotel.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. has no control over the hotel’s check-in policies and any decision regarding check-in is at the sole discretion of the hotel. Some hotels may have policies prohibiting unmarried or unrelated couples from checking in, or may require specific identification. Additionally, certain hotels may not permit local residents to check in. In such cases, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any refusal of check-in and no refunds will be provided if the hotel denies check-in due to the reasons stated above or any other factors beyond Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.’s control.
The User shall be responsible for any damage caused to the hotel’s property by the User, their guests, or any other individuals accompanying them, whether due to intentional or negligent actions. The hotel will determine the extent of the damage and the User will bear the costs. Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. shall not be involved in the resolution of such issues.
The primary guest checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. The User must present a valid identification document and proof of address at the time of check-in. If the required identification is not provided, the hotel has the right to refuse check-in.
The hotel’s policies regarding check-in and check-out times, and any modifications to these times, shall apply. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as determined by the hotel.
The User’s payment for the reservation only covers the cost of the hotel stay, unless otherwise specified. Certain reservations may include breakfast or meals, if indicated during the booking process. The User is responsible for paying directly to the hotel for any additional services used, such as room service, laundry, internet, telephone, extra meals, drinks, or other services.
For special occasions such as holidays or events (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve), hotels may impose mandatory meal charges or other surcharges. These additional fees, including mandatory meal charges, must be paid directly to the hotel and are not subject to Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.’s control.
The User may select either a “Prepaid” or “Pay at Hotel” payment option.
For the “Prepaid” option, the total booking amount must be paid at the time of reservation. The total price will include the hotel reservation rate, applicable taxes, service charges imposed by the hotel or service provider, and any additional booking or convenience fees levied by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.
In some cases, the User may be offered the option to make a partial payment to Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due later, as per the hotel’s or Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.’s discretion. The remaining balance must be paid as specified in the booking terms. The User must provide accurate credit or debit card information for security purposes. If the provided payment information is inaccurate, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking at its sole discretion.
The User is responsible for providing accurate payment information to Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. for security purposes. If the credit or debit card information provided is inaccurate, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the reservation at its sole discretion.
Payments may be made in INR or any other foreign currency specified during the booking process.
When the card issuer and the merchant location (defined by the card brand, such as Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) are in different countries, certain banks or card issuers may charge a transaction fee. The User should contact their bank or card issuer for information on any such fees or exchange rates that may apply.
Some hotels may request a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover potential additional charges. This deposit is solely at the hotel’s discretion and has no relation to any amounts received by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.
For “Pay at Hotel” bookings, payment for the reservation will be taken by the hotel upon check-in. For international bookings, the hotel may charge in the local currency or another currency at its discretion. The User must provide accurate credit or debit card information for security purposes. If the payment information is inaccurate, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the reservation at its sole discretion.
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the visa-related services provided by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, mobile applications, and other associated platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing and using the Platform to request, apply for, or purchase any visa services (“Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Pay all applicable visa processing fees, service charges, and any other associated costs.
Follow the instructions provided by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.and the respective embassy or consulate for a successful visa application process.
Understand that the final decision regarding visa approval or denial rests solely with the relevant government authority or embassy, and Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. has no control over this decision.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines. However, the Company cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information, as it is subject to change by the relevant embassies or consulates.
It is the User’s responsibility to verify the visa requirements and regulations directly with the respective embassy or consulate.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or in connection with the visa application process, including but not limited to:
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any loss of documents, fees, or travel-related costs arising from the use of the Platform.
The User agrees to provide accurate personal information required for visa applications, which may include sensitive data such as passport details, travel history, and other identifying information.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. takes reasonable steps to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User’s access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, provision of false information, or illegal activity.
In the event of suspension or termination, any amounts paid by the User for services rendered will not be refunded, except where mandated by applicable law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The venue for arbitration shall be Gurugram (Haryana), India.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. The User is encouraged to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes.
