The Platform displays: 1. Service description 2. Inclusions and exclusions 3. Applicable cancellation and refund type (refundable / non-refundable)
Gantu does not guarantee accuracy of third-party content and acts solely as an intermediary.
3. Entry of User / Traveller Information
The User is required to provide accurate and complete details, including: 1. Legal name(s) as per valid ID/passport 2. Contact information 3. Travel or identification details where applicable
The User acknowledges sole responsibility for inaccuracies and agrees that no refunds or modifications will be permitted due to user-provided errors.
4. Price Disclosure
The final payable amount displayed includes: 1. Base fare or service price 2. Applicable taxes and statutory charges 3. Gantu service and/or convenience fees
Gantu fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
