Day 1 : Arrival in Almaty
- Welcome to Almaty, the City of a Thousand Colors! After clearing customs and baggage claim, your English-speaking guide will meet you in the arrivals hall and escort you to your vehicle. Enjoy chocolates, refreshing napkins, and complimentary Wi-Fi on board. Check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.
- Dhow Cruise Marina with Dinner (seat-in-coach basis)
Day 2 : Shymbulak Mountains visit & Panilov Promenade/Arbat Street walking tour

Important Information
If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday, we plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Based on some unavoidable Political, Climatic or any other circumstances beyond our control, we may have to make changes and we will keep our clients informed about those changes.
- If we cannot provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather) we shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
- If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour standing utilized by you.
- In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.
