Refund requests for Buy Leads due to unreachable contact information must be submitted within five days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

As part of certain Paid Services, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. offers website design services. The company retains exclusive rights to the technical maintenance and upkeep of these websites. Orders placed online are processed and activated immediately, and as such, they cannot be modified. Refunds or chargebacks will not be accepted based on changes in personal preferences.

Following termination, the User will no longer have access to the Site’s free or paid services, and will be prohibited from re-registering using new account details, unless explicitly authorized in writing by Gantu Online Pvt.
