This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services booked through Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. (“Gantu”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or using any service through our website, mobile applications, or other sales channels, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. acts primarily as an intermediary platform, facilitating bookings and services offered by third-party service providers. Refunds are therefore subject to the rules and policies of the respective service providers.

1. General Refund Principles

  • All refunds are governed by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective service provider (airlines, hotels, visa authorities, cab operators, activity providers, tour operators, etc.).
  • Convenience fees, service fees, and platform charges charged by Gantu are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after Gantu receives the refunded amount from the service provider.
  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and service providers.

2. Flight Bookings

  • Refunds for flight tickets are subject to the airline’s fare rules and cancellation policies.
  • Some fares may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
  • Gantu’s convenience fee and service fee are non-refundable.
  • In case of partial usage of tickets or “no-show,” refunds (if any) will be strictly as per airline rules.
  • Any promotional discounts applied at the time of booking may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Hotel refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation and refund policy selected at the time of booking.
  • “Non-Refundable” hotel bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
  • For refundable bookings, refunds will be processed after confirmation from the hotel.
  • Gantu is not responsible for refunds denied due to:
    1. No-shows,
    2 . Early check-outs,
    3 . o Denial of check-in due to hotel policies (e.g., ID issues, local resident restrictions)

4. Visa Services

  • Gantu’s visa service fees are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of visa approval or rejection.
  • Embassy, consulate, or government visa fees are governed by the respective authority’s refund rules.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    1. Visa rejections
    2. Delays by embassies or authorities
    3. Incorrect or incomplete documentation submitted by the user

5. Cab / Taxi Services

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation terms applicable at the time of booking.
  • Refunds may be denied in cases of:
    1. No-shows
    2. Late cancellations
    3. User delay or failure to board
  • Additional charges such as tolls, parking, permits, and driver allowances are non-refundable once incurred.

6. Activities, Experiences & Attractions

  • Refunds are governed by the Activity Service Provider’s cancellation policy.
  • Many activities are non-refundable once booked.
  • Coupons, vouchers, or promotional offers:
    1. Are non-refundable
    2. Cannot be exchanged for cash
    3. Expire as per the date mentioned on the voucher

7. Outbound & Domestic Tours

  • Tour cancellations are subject to tour-specific cancellation slabs, which may include:
    1. Non-refundable booking fees
    2. Partial or full forfeiture based on the cancellation timeline
  • Any non-refundable components booked (airfare, hotels, visas, permits) will not be refunded at any stage.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    1. No-shows
    2. Early departure
    3. Unused services
    4. Changes requested after booking

8. Buy Leads & Promotional Services (If Applicable)

  • Refund requests for unreachable or invalid leads must be raised within 5 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    1. Closed, canceled, or fulfilled leads
    2. Delays caused by user follow-up or service quality issues

9. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds generally take:
    1. 7–14 working days for domestic cards and wallets
    2. 14–21 working days for international cards
  • Gantu is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or service providers.

10. Non-Refundable Scenarios (Summary)

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
  • Convenience fees and service charges
  • No-shows or unused services
  • Visa rejections
  • Non-refundable bookings
  • User errors (incorrect details, documents, or dates)
  • Force majeure events where the service provider does not issue refunds

11. Force Majeure

In events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline shutdowns, etc.), refunds will be processed only if the service provider issues a refund. Gantu shall not be liable for losses arising from such events.

12. Final Authority

  • All refund decisions made by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding.
  • Gantu reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
