Day 1 : Welcome to Almaty

Welcome to Almaty, City of a Thousand Colors! After customs and baggage claim, your English-speaking guide will meet you and escort you to your vehicle, where you’ll enjoy chocolates and refreshing napkins will be served on board along with a complimentary Wi-Fi. Check in at your hotel for a comfortable stay.

Day 2 : Shymbulak Mountains visit & Panilov Promenade/Arbat Street walking tour

Post Breakfast, at around 1000 HRS, Visit Shymbulak Mountains via a world-class 3-tier Gondola in just 1 hour, reaching 3200 meters. There you can find the highest bar in the CIS. There are various activities available (on direct payment), including cafes, an observation deck, playground, and adventure sports like zip-lining, paragliding, and horse riding. The resort also offers peaceful stays in high-class hotels with stunning mountain views.
Enjoy an evening walk along the Panfilov Promenade, with views of the Kazakh Opera & Ballet Theatre, vibrant cafes, shops, and live local music. The tour ends on Arbat Street, bustling with shopping and street entertainment. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3 : Almaty City Tour, Panfiov Park & Zenkov Cathedral, KokeTobe Hill

Explore Almaty’s key attractions, starting with First President Park, Republic Square, the State Opera and Ballet Theatre, and Abay Square. Visit Panfilov Park, dedicated to the Panfilov Heroes, and the stunning Zenkov Cathedral, built without nails using advanced 19th-century technology.
Then, head to KokTobe Hill, the city’s highest point at 1100 meters, accessible via a scenic cable car ride. Enjoy panoramic views, the iconic TV tower, and global cuisine at hilltop restaurants. Overnight stay in hotel

Day 4 : Green Bazaar and Rakhat Chocolate Shop

Visit the Green Bazaar (Zelyony Market), a lively local market near Panfilov Park, offering everything from meat and spices to clothes and furniture. Bargain for great deals in the vibrant atmosphere. Right next door is the Rakhat Chocolate Shop, the oldest chocolate manufacturer in Kazakhstan, known for its traditional and diabetic-friendly sweets.
Almaty is a paradise for all your shopping, so you can head to some of the swankiest malls the city has to offer. We recommend Dostyk Plaza, Esentai Mall & Mega Mall for high-end quality shopping. Overnight accommodation in Hotel.

Day 5 : Charyn Canyon Visit

Take a day trip to Charyn Canyon, 200 km from Almaty, one of Central Asia’s most stunning natural landmarks. Spanning 154 km, the canyon is over 12 million years old and offers breathtaking views of steep cliffs and the Valley of Castles. Enjoy a scenic drive, stunning panoramas, and a relaxing tea break at the canyon’s edge. The tour lasts 10-12 hours.

Important Information

If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday, we plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Based on some unavoidable Political, Climatic or any other circumstances beyond our control, we may have to make changes and we will keep our clients informed about those changes.

If we cannot provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather) we shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour standing utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.
